Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documents on behalf of the Executive Director.
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes for meetings and corporate engagements.
Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official visits and meetings.
Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
Track follow-ups on key assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and official visits.
Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Required Skills
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
