What we are looking for Role:

Senior Associate – Customer Success Location:

Bangalore Experience Required:

4–5 years At Kenverse, our core value “Endless Tenacity for Customers” drives everything we do. As a Senior Associate – Customer Success, you will play a key role in ensuring customers derive maximum value from the Kenverse platform. You will manage customer relationships across the solution lifecycle, drive product adoption, and act as a trusted partner to our clients. The Customer Success team is instrumental in building customer confidence throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving long-term customer success. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, sales, services, and support teams to solve customer problems, strengthen relationships, and ensure the seamless operation of Kenverse solutions. What you’ll do Customer Relationship Management Own and manage relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries, challenges, and escalations. Conduct regular customer meetings to review platform usage, success metrics, and future opportunities. Customer Adoption & Success Drive product adoption through structured onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve platform usage and engagement. Work closely with customers to align Kenverse solutions with their operational and business goals. Customer Advocacy Act as the

Voice of the Customer

, capturing insights and communicating feedback to product and engineering teams. Identify gaps in the platform and recommend improvements that enhance customer experience and outcomes. Operational Excellence Ensure uninterrupted operation and usage of the Kenverse platform by proactively addressing issues and coordinating with internal teams. Work with support and engineering teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Client Engagement Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and training workshops for customers. Travel to client locations when required to support successful adoption and relationship building.

Our Ideal Candidate Experience Experience working with

education institutions or EdTech platforms Technical Skills Good understanding of MS Excel and data analysis Basic understanding of API architecture and SaaS product environments Customer Success & Strategic Thinking Ability to understand customer goals and KPIs and provide proactive recommendations to maximize platform value. Experience managing customer relationships and driving product adoption. Communication & Relationship Building Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Support teams. Organizational Skills Strong time management and organizational abilities. Comfortable managing multiple accounts and working with globally distributed teams. Problem Solving & Adaptability Proactive problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
