Jubilee Hills / Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Branch Manager (4–5 years of experience) to oversee complete clinic operations. The role requires strong operational control, team leadership, revenue accountability, and strict adherence to healthcare and aesthetic industry standards. The Branch Manager will be directly responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, recruit, train, and monitor clinic staff performance Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and high client satisfaction Set, monitor, and drive

daily and weekly sales targets

for the branch Track team-wise conversions, productivity, and revenue performance Conduct daily sales reviews and weekly performance meetings Develop strategies to improve walk-ins, consultations, conversions, and repeat business Ensure achievement of monthly revenue goals and profitability targets Handle escalated client concerns professionally and maintain service excellence Monitor branch financials, expenses, and operational budgets Ensure strict compliance with healthcare, safety, and aesthetic industry regulations Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotional activities Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred) Minimum 4 years of experience as Branch Manager (mandatory) Minimum 4 years of experience in the Aesthetic / Healthcare field (mandatory) Strong sales orientation with proven revenue achievement track record Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills Strong analytical ability to review sales data and implement corrective actions Compensation: ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance) Benefits: Performance-based incentives linked to revenue targets Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Professional growth opportunities Supportive and performance-driven work environment Job Details: Job Type: Full-time Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (In-person role) Candidate must be willing to work at Jubilee Hills or Banjara Hills How to Apply: Interested candidates may share their resume at
