Having experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH Installation Qualification, Upgrade, Development and Configuration. Support definition of integration of various hardware and software components Troubleshoot, manage re-work while testing. Experience in Automation, SCADA, Historian, MES & related Software projects over complete project delivery lifecycle Experience on Opcenter execution pharma (erstwhile SIMATIC IT eBR). Good experience of working on Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB (proficient level), SQL, MS SSRS query building & reporting template design. Support in definition of the overall solution architecture (HW, SW, Network) Upgradation, patching, hardware support, security and system access and provide technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching. Interpret various recipe processes to conceptualize the design of electronic recipe, plan the logical & operational workflow, define data input & output, parameters Experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules like User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly. Analyze the customization functions and conceptualize the design and development Design various recipe processes, simulate and test Support definition of integration of various hardware and software components Troubleshoot, manage re-work while testing, validation activities
