Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is best suited to someone who lives and breathes AI tools — not as a hobbyist, but as a practitioner who has already built a body of AI-generated work. You should be the kind of person who sees a new model drop and immediately starts testing it, who has strong opinions about which tools produce the best output for which use case, and who can go from a rough idea to a polished video without waiting for someone to walk them through it.
Prior experience managing a YouTube channel, producing video ads, or working inside a digital marketing or creative agency is an advantage. A background in design, media production, marketing, or a related field is helpful, but demonstrable skill with AI creative tools is the primary requirement.
