Position: OPT Recruiter
Location: Remote / Work from Home

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US IT positions across multiple visa categories (OPT, H1B, H4-EAD, F1, GC, US Citizens).
Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database and submit qualified profiles to hiring managers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on US IT recruitment trends and visa regulations to provide informed guidance to candidates.
Skills & Qualifications:
1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
