Role Description We are looking for a

results-driven Meta Ads Expert

with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign strategy, performance optimization, and data analysis, with a strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused advertising.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage

Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

across multiple objectives (Leads, Traffic, Conversions, Awareness) Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve

ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates Perform

audience research, A/B testing, creative testing , and budget optimization Analyze campaign performance and prepare

regular performance reports Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing page alignment Track and optimize funnels for lead generation and remarketing campaigns Stay updated with

Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practice

Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of proven experience

in Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) Strong understanding of

campaign optimization and performance analysis Hands-on experience with

lead generation campaigns Basic working knowledge of

MS Excel

(reports, data tracking, analysis) Ability to analyze data and take

actionable insights Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the

Education / Coaching / EdTech industry Familiarity with CRM integration, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs Experience handling

high-budget or high-volume campaigns
