About the Role
We are hiring an experienced
Technical Support Engineer
for our client – a global SaaS product company. The ideal candidate will support internal and external users, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution while closely collaborating with R&D, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools
Prioritize, categorize, and manage tickets in a fast-paced support environment
Conduct incident reviews, customer environment health checks, and document solutions
Record confirmed product defects and share insights with development teams
Share product and user feedback to improve features and customer experience
Conduct both formal and informal knowledge transfers within the team
Requirements
✔ 6+ years of experience in Technical Support (preferably SaaS / product-based)
✔ Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting capabilities, including logs and monitoring tools, Strong full-cycle investigation and problem solving capabilities - MUST
✔
SQL knowledge – Mandatory
✔
API knowledge (REST, Postman, Swagger) – Mandatory
✔ Fluent English communication – Must
➕ Spanish language – Advantage
✔ Ability to collaborate well across technical and business teams
✔ Must be ready to
work from office – Bengaluru (Cunningham Road)
