Assistant Manager – Client Servicing

with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end client management, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

End-to-end client management and relationship handling Understanding client briefs and translating them into actionable digital strategies Coordinating with internal teams (creative, performance, content, SEO, etc.) for timely execution Managing social media campaigns and content calendars Monitoring campaign performance and sharing insights/reporting with clients Ensuring smooth project flow, timelines, and deliverables Identifying growth opportunities and upselling services where relevant Handling client communication, meetings, and follow-ups independently Required Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing (Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO basics) Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong coordination and project management abilities Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Strategic thinking with attention to detail Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency preferred
