Human Resources Executive

We're looking for a strong individual contributor to lead our HR & People Operations team and take it to the next level. This is going to be 70% Ops and 30% Talent Management. As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture - we're looking for an efficient leader who can not only ensure that we retain our values as we grow but also help us improve upon them.

Who are you?

We're looking for someone who is passionate about scaling teams and working with groups of people towards a common objective - someone who:

- has 1-3 years of experience in an HR Ops role - has a proven HR experience in fast-paced, collaborative working environment - has a sound understanding of organizational psychology - is a problem solver: Finding problems is good. Proposing solutions is even better - is opinionated: why does your idea work? - is proactive: we care deeply about what we do & when we see opportunities/problems, we act - is good at giving and receiving feedback: We leave the ego at the door because the end result is what matters - is excited for demanding work that is never rushed: Work-life balance is quite important to us. We have high standards, but we also take the time to get things right

What will you work on?

As People Operations Lead, your primary responsibility will be create, manage and optimize People Ops systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with overall strategies and culture - Planning, executing and optimizing People initiatives including growth structures - Continuously optimizing hiring, sourcing, and onboarding strategies - Leading the day to day office functioning with our admin person
