Job Responsibilities: ✅ Expertise in hiring OPT/CPT candidates through job portals, university networks, and personal database. ✅ Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills. ✅ Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, and EAD candidates. ✅ Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle till consultant onboarding. ✅ Good understanding of various technologies and IT skill sets. ✅ Proficient knowledge of US tax terms – C2C, W2, and 1099. ✅ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both consultants and internal team members. ✅ Address client consulting needs effectively. ✅ Maintain and manage an up-to-date candidate database. ✅ Documented proof of vendor relationships or account management experience preferred.
