JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive
who can manage customer communication professionally and help us deliver an excellent support experience across platforms.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in building trust, resolving issues, and increasing customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer queries via
Call, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram DM, and Website Chat
Assist customers with order issues, payments, refunds, and product access
Provide accurate information about ZINEX.in products and offers
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-first attitude
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Keep basic records of customer interactions
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
Excellent written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of e-commerce or digital products (preferred)
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and online tools
Problem-solving mindset
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
