Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor – Management located in Hanumangarh. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering university-level lectures, designing and updating curriculum, conducting academic research, and guiding students in the field of management. Additionally, the role involves contributing to departmental activities, participating in scholarly initiatives, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and Marketing concepts.
Experience in Curriculum Development and designing effective learning modules.
Strong background in Research and ability to contribute to scholarly publications.
Demonstrated expertise and experience in University Teaching.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and colleagues.
Doctoral degree in Management or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment.
Experience in academic program development or management is a plus.
