Senior RoR Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (6–7 years) with deep expertise in Rails 6+ and backend systems, with strong xP, TDD, Clean Code, CI/CD, IaC, cloud (GCP/AWS), and AI-assisted development exposure.

Job Requirements

- 6–7 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (Rails 6 and beyond). - Solid hands-on experience with Extreme Programming (xP), TDD (RSpec/Minitest), refactoring, and Clean Code principles. - Strong foundation in OOPS, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Pipeline as Code) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar). - Experience with RDBMS (Postgres/MySQL), exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB), and building RESTful microservices architectures. - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS preferred). - Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor or similar) to improve engineering productivity. - Strong conversational skills, stakeholder management, and ability to challenge and improve engineering practices.
