Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant And Computer Operator located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing administrative support to the HR department, maintaining records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assisting in benefits administration, and coordinating employee training programs. Additionally, the individual will handle computer operations such as data management, document preparation, and basic troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources (HR) processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, and policies
Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of Benefits Administration to assist employees effectively
Ability to manage and coordinate employee Training programs
Strong computer operation skills, including data management and document preparation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in using common office software and tools like MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
