About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Ad Sales professional

Gurgaon . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of

handling media agencies and direct brand relationships , driving revenue through digital ad solutions, and navigating the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with

media agencies and brand clients . Drive revenue growth by

pitching digital advertising solutions

(display, video, branded content, programmatic, social, etc.). Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to win them. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure client retention and growth. Collaborate with publisher teams (campaign management, creative, product, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns. Stay updated with digital advertising trends and competitive landscape. Present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management. Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while meeting client goals.
