Role: Lead Generation Executive

Job Location: Phase 8, Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers With Good English Communication Skills Preferred)

- Experience in lead generation (preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal and coordination abilities. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills. - Understanding of the U.S. market is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential industries and target prospects. - Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels such as email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, social media, and cold calling. - Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective research and communication. - Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect databases (CRM). - Track and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize performance and improve conversion rates. - Prepare and share performance reports and updates with senior management. - Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in lead generation and outreach.
