Job Description

Key Responsibilities Analyse financial and business risk for financial institutions and corporates, providing accurate updates on overall business models from a risk perspective. Review and interpret financial statements, assess balance sheets, and solve business or financial problems using quantitative analysis. Participate in due diligence, credit proposal preparation, market research, and management presentations. Conduct due diligence in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, hospitality, food and beverage, and the financial sector. Assess credit risks and suggest suitable risk mitigants. Present recommendations to the credit committee on client risk portfolios. Assist in structuring and executing deals with the client solutions team. Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders. Perform macroeconomic and global market analysis, identifying key regulatory and economic drivers. Contribute to the development of risk scorecards and risk scoring models. Desired Skills and Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2–5 years of relevant credit assessment experience in corporates. Experience working in structured credit/lending, portfolio or credit monitoring teams of banks, NBFCs, private equity, debt funds, or rating agencies. Prior involvement in due diligence or transaction advisory. Strong skills in financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving to support credit underwriting. Excellent report writing and communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel extensively across India for on-field client monitoring.
