This is not a maintenance role.

This is a build & scale role.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership and say:

“Is vertical ko aggressively grow karna hai — and I’ll make it happen.”

What You’ll Own Revenue & Business Growth Own P&L of the Online Puja vertical Drive monthly revenue growth targets Improve AOV, LTV & repeat bookings Launch premium packages & chadava bundles Marketing & Funnel Optimization Optimize end-to-end funnel (Landing → Booking → Puja → Repeat) Work closely with performance marketing (Meta / Google Ads) Improve CAC efficiency Drive high-impact festival campaigns (Mahashivratri, Navratri, etc.) Product Strategy Structure puja offerings (Basic / Premium / Festival Special) Design upsell flows & experience differentiation Improve customer journey & trust building ⚙ Cross-Functional Leadership Align with operations & pandit allocation team Build scalable SOPs Ensure backend supports aggressive frontend growth

What We’re Looking For 3–7 years experience in scaling D2C / service verticals Strong analytical + execution mindset Comfortable with ownership & accountability Builder mentality (strategy + execution dono) Spiritual / Astrology niche understanding = Big Plus
