1. Investment Promotion Expert Qualifications: Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent). Minimum

7 years of professional experience , with at least

5 years in Investment Promotion in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute

investment promotion strategies , including roadshows, investor outreach, and marketing campaigns. Manage the

end-to-end investment lifecycle : lead generation, investor engagement, and on-ground investment facilitation. Act as a

consultant/module lead

for real estate investment projects. Develop high-quality content for presentations, reports, and promotional material. Liaise with government bodies, industry associations, and investors to attract domestic and foreign investments. Skills Required: Strong understanding of

real estate investment trends and policies . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in

investment facilitation and project execution .
