Legal Manager

Position - Manager -Legal Location - SS House, Kolhapur

Roles & Responsibility - Draft, review, negotiate legal documents, including Leave & License. Conduct legal search & update property details. Ensure compliance under applicable legal regulations. Assist in litigation, gather evidence & coordinate with external advocates. Support in dispute resolution & corporate governance matters. Provide legal advise on business operations & transactions. Maintain legal documentation & handle regulatory fillings.

Desired Experience - 4-7 years of similar corporate experience. Strong communication & legal drafting skills.

Desired Qualification - Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent). Knowledge of contract law, corporate law & compliance.
