What You’ll Work On
Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for tech and business roles
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records
Help set up core HR policies, processes, and templates (JDs, offer letters, onboarding kits, etc.)
Drive engagement initiatives for remote teams and keep the team connected
Research HR best practices and recommend new tools or platforms as we scale
What We’re Looking For
Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA/MBA/HR/Social Sciences preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely, independently, and in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and/or any ATS is a plus
Passionate about building processes and working with an early-stage tech startup
