Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules and support end to end testing with integration system. This role requiresstrong problem-solving skills,attention to detail,and the abilityto work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Have Experience on customizing Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management. Expertise in creating Cloud BIP Reports, E-mail & FTP Bursting, and proficient in OTBI dashboards, BIP & OTBI report integration in dashboards, Agents, and briefing books tailored to client requirements. Worked on Integration Using OIC Service or other integration tool Expertise on Data Migration through FBDI (File based data import) Templates. Proficient in data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders. Hands on Experience on VBCS and PCS/OPA and support functional on Redwood Page Customization which involves JavaScript and CSS style. Experience in Fast Formula especially on Payroll module is must. Good Experience in advanced workflow configurations and customization. Experience in SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting Proficient in writing and debugging Expression Language (EL) expressions used in Oracle Fusion HCM for dynamic UI behavior, validations, and conditional logic. Technical hands-on experience working on Full Implementation lifecycles of at least 2+ Fusion projects is must.

Required Skills Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM. Hands-on experience on Fast formula, HDL extract, HCM modules. Strong understanding of HCM core & Payroll business processes and best practices. Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
