D2C Warehouse and Operations Manager - Electronics/ Logistics

Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations: inbound inventory, pick-pack-ship, and returns. Oversee 3PL partners and transporters. Maintain live inventory accuracy across offline, online, and export channels. Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and manpower utilization. Implement SOPs for packaging, labeling, and dispatch.

Good to have: 4–7 years in warehouse / logistics operations, ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG. Familiar with ERP / WMS systems. Strong attention to detail and on-ground team management skills.
