Business Analyst – Banking (Mortgage Domain) Experience: 8+ Years Domain: Banking (Mandatory) Specialization: Mortgage / Loan Location: Pan India Type: Contract to Hire

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Banking domain, specifically in Mortgage / Loan processing, and solid hands-on experience in Data Modelling.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Handle end-to-end requirement lifecycle for Mortgage/Loan products. Perform data analysis and data modelling (logical & physical models). Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents. Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and implementation. Support UAT, SIT, and production releases.

️ Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking domain. Strong experience in Mortgage / Loan lifecycle (Origination, Underwriting, Servicing). Hands-on experience in Data Modelling and data mapping. Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.

➕ Preferred: Experience with core banking systems. Exposure to regulatory reporting in banking. Certifications like CBAP / PMI-PBA (added advantage).
