Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Define and lead the overall brand strategy, communication architecture, and media roadmap in alignment with long-term business objectives.
Spearhead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive brand equity, market share, and revenue growth.
Own and manage relationships with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies — setting direction, evaluating output, and ensuring strategic alignment and ROI.
Lead consumer insight generation through research, analytics, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and refine target segmentation.
Drive end-to-end creative strategy and campaign development, ensuring strong brand consistency and differentiated positioning across touchpoints.
Establish robust measurement frameworks; analyze campaign effectiveness, optimize spends, and present performance insights to leadership stakeholders.
Develop and implement region/campus-specific strategies while ensuring seamless integration with the overarching brand narrative.
Conceptualize and oversee large-scale brand activations and events, ensuring impactful execution and measurable engagement outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support broader organizational priorities.
Key Competencies :
Excellent command over both written and spoken English.
Proven experience working on ATL campaigns including TVCs, Print, OOH, and other mass media initiatives.
End-to-end involvement in campaign development — from ideation and scripting to execution and release.
Hands-on experience managing integrated mass media campaigns across multiple channels.

- Graduation & MBA from reputed institutes
Experience
- 12+years Industry
