Hi,

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream from fit-to-standard through go-live and stabilization. The ideal candidate brings deep S/4HANA SD expertise, hands-on migration experience (brownfield/greenfield/selective data transition), strong integration skills (FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, GTS/TM, EDI/CPI), and proven ability to deliver within GxP‑regulated environments.

Role - SAP SD OTC Consultant

Duration - 6 Months + Possible Extension

Location – 100% Onsite

Capacity – 5 Days/week, 8 Hours/day

Location-Noida, India

Key Responsibilities

- Lead O2C solution design in S/4HANA (Sales, Delivery, Billing, Credit Mgmt, Returns, Rebates, Intercompany). - BP (Business Partner), Credit Management (FSCM), Advanced ATP (aATP), Condition Contract Settlement (rebates), BRF+ for output management, Fiori apps for SD. - Redesign pricing & discounts, free goods, tax determination, and output forms (Adobe). - Define org structure (Sales Area, Plants/Shipping Points, Divisions) and substitution of SD classic objects where applicable in S/4. - Implement India GST (pricing/tax codes, place-of-supply), e‑Invoicing (IRN/QR), and e‑Way Bill integrations via SAP DRC, GSP or middleware. - Ensure Withholding Tax (TDS/TCS) as applicable in O2C; support SEZ/Export flows. - Support NA requirements (Sales tax via external engines if applicable, EDI/IDocs with 3PLs/customers, drop shipments, consignment, returns). - Adhere to GxP & CSV documentation standards (risk-based validation, IQ/OQ/PQ traceability, CFR Part 11 where relevant for e-records/e-signatures). - Collaborate with FI/CO (revenue posting, RAR exposure awareness), MM/PP (availability, ATP), QM (COA, inspection lots), Warehouse, and Manufacturing. - Design and validate EDI/IDoc/API flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, 856/810 equivalents), leveraging SAP PO/CPI or partner middleware.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 8–12+ years in SAP SD; 3+ years on S/4HANA - Hands-on data migration with S/4 Migration Cockpit and complex transformation logic. - Proven experience with India GST (taxes, e‑Invoicing, e‑Way Bill) and EDI integrations. - Solid integration exposure with FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, EWM, and middleware (SAP PO/CPI). - Demonstrated CSV/GxP delivery (validation documentation, audit readiness) in pharma/life sciences or analogous regulated environments. - Excellent requirements gathering, process design, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; thrives in fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
