Manager – Fund Raising & Banking Operations

Job Summary: Require proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee banking relationships, company’s financial operations and fund management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle working capital arrangements, overdraft limits, and documentation with banks and NBFCs Manage daily banking operations including loan management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Support budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes. Collaborate with accounts and management to optimize financial performance. Ensure periodic FEMA compliances. Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred. Good understanding of banking products, trade finance and treasury functions. Prior experience in the jewellery or manufacturing sector is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
