The Role

We are looking for an AI Transformation Advisor who will help ensure that the AI agents, solutions, and transformation content published on Orbys360 are credible, deployable, and valuable for enterprise use.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise transformation, and platform curation.

You will work with:

•⁠ ⁠AI startups and solution providers publishing agents on the platform •⁠ ⁠Enterprise teams exploring AI adoption •⁠ ⁠Orbys360 product and ecosystem teams

Your role will involve reviewing, evaluating, and curating AI agents and transformation content, ensuring the platform becomes a trusted ecosystem for enterprise AI deployment.

What You’ll Do

1.Platform Curation & Evaluation

Review AI agents, automation workflows, and solutions submitted to the Orbys360 marketplace.

Evaluate them across key dimensions:

•⁠ ⁠Enterprise use-case relevance •⁠ ⁠Technical robustness •⁠ ⁠Deployment feasibility •⁠ ⁠Integration complexity •⁠ ⁠Business impact potential

Recommend whether solutions should be approved, refined, or rejected for platform listing.

2.Enterprise Readiness Assessment

Assess whether AI solutions listed on the platform can realistically be deployed inside enterprise environments.

This includes evaluating:

•⁠ ⁠Data requirements and dependencies •⁠ ⁠Integration with enterprise systems •⁠ ⁠Governance and compliance considerations •⁠ ⁠Operational feasibility

Ensure the platform prioritizes deployable solutions rather than experimental demos.

3.Content & Framework Review

Review transformation playbooks, deployment frameworks, and AI implementation guides published on the platform.

Ensure they are:

•⁠ ⁠Practical and actionable •⁠ ⁠Relevant for GCC and enterprise environments •⁠ ⁠Aligned with real transformation programs

Help maintain a high-quality knowledge ecosystem within Orbys360.

4.Builder & Vendor Engagement

Work with AI startups, product teams, and developers publishing solutions on the platform.

Provide feedback on:

•⁠ ⁠Improving solution design •⁠ ⁠Strengthening enterprise readiness •⁠ ⁠Packaging agents and tools for scalable adoption

Act as a bridge between AI builders and enterprise adopters.

5.Platform Intelligence

Track emerging AI capabilities, agent frameworks, and enterprise use cases.

Identify:

•⁠ ⁠New categories of agents that should exist on the platform •⁠ ⁠Missing enterprise use cases •⁠ ⁠Opportunities to expand the Orbys360 ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

Strong familiarity with:

•⁠ ⁠AI / ML and GenAI technologies •⁠ ⁠LLM applications and agent-based workflows •⁠ ⁠Data-driven enterprise systems

Ability to evaluate AI solutions across both technical and business dimensions.

Comfort understanding:

•⁠ ⁠APIs and integrations •⁠ ⁠Automation workflows •⁠ ⁠Data pipelines and model deployment architectures

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distinguish real enterprise solutions from hype.

Bonus Points

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) •⁠ ⁠Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or GenAI applications •⁠ ⁠Experience evaluating technology products or platforms •⁠ ⁠Background in consulting, product management, or startup ecosystems
