2–3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales.
Experience in Study Abroad Industry or Software Training Programs is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
Provide accurate information about study abroad programs or software training courses.
Understand student requirements and guide them to suitable services or programs.
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments or counselling sessions with the counsellor or admissions team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students to convert leads into enrollments.
Update and maintain lead information in CRM or internal databases.
Clearly explain course details, admission procedures, and benefits to prospective students.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
Ability to build rapport with students and handle queries effectively.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of study abroad services or software training programs.
Ability to use CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
