Key Responsibilities: • Lead & manage admission counselors • Allocate leads & ensure timely follow-ups • Counsel students & parents on programs • Drive admissions via calls, walk-ins & digital leads • Track performance & MIS reporting KPIs & Targets: • Monthly admission target (team-based) • Lead-to-admission conversion:

20–30% • Daily productivity:

80–100 calls/counselor • Walk-in conversion:

35–40% Requirements: • Graduate (PG preferred) •

2–6 yrs
