Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute targeted B2B email campaigns to promote research reports and services. - Segment databases and manage lead nurturing workflows for improved conversions. - Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and performance analysis (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions). - Maintain database hygiene, bounce management, and compliance with email marketing regulations. - Coordinate with Sales and Content teams to align campaigns with revenue goals. - Team Handling Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing (preferably B2B/Market Research). - Experience using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of database segmentation and targeting. - Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates (preferred). - Good analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
