Job Title:

Assistant Manager/ Manager - CFO Office Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience Location:

HSR Layout, Bangalore

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-caliber finance professional to work closely with the CFO in driving strategic finance, capital efficiency, and business insights across the organization. This role will act as the central coordination and analytics hub within the CFO Office — bridging FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, and Business teams to ensure timely decision support, structured reporting, and proactive performance management. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership, lenders, and investors.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Insights Build and institutionalize a monthly CFO dashboard covering profitability, ROA drivers, cost of funds, branch productivity, and lender performance. Analyze product-wise, branch-wise, and channel-wise performance to identify trends, risks and optimization opportunities. Support scenario analysis and business case evaluation for new initiatives. Capital & Treasury Support Assist in lender performance analysis, borrowing cost tracking, and funding mix optimization. Support rating agency submissions, capital structuring analysis, and liquidity monitoring. Maintain funding analytics including cost curves, repricing impact, and diversification metrics. Board & Leadership Support Prepare structured pre-read materials and analytical packs for board meetings and leadership reviews. Translate complex financial data into clear executive-level insights. Track key financial KPIs and ensure accountability across functions. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with FP&A, Treasury, Finance Controller, Risk, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Drive follow-ups and project tracking for finance-led initiatives. Ensure proactive identification of performance gaps rather than reactive reporting. Special Projects Lead ad-hoc financial deep dives (pricing, productivity, yield, profitability stress testing). Support strategic initiatives including fund raise preparation, process automation, and financial governance enhancement.

Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, treasury, or consulting (preferably in NBFC/Fintech). Strong understanding of lending business models, ROA drivers, cost of funds dynamics, and balance sheet structures. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills (Advanced Excel mandatory; Power BI / SQL preferred). Ability to convert data into insights and present to senior stakeholders. High ownership mindset with ability to operate independently. Strong communication skills and executive presence. CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

What This Role Offers Direct exposure to CFO and senior leadership. Opportunity to shape finance strategy and capital markets readiness. Fast-track career progression into senior finance leadership roles. High-impact, high-visibility projects.

Why This Role Matters The CFO Office acts as the strategic nerve center of the finance function — ensuring that financial discipline translates into business performance and capital market credibility.
