Citrix Engineer

Experience & Required Skills 8-10 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops 7.x, Citrix ADC/NetScaler. Hands-on experience in handing Citrix infrastructure, including advanced troubleshooting, performance optimization, and support for business-critical environments. Citrix ADC/NetScaler (Gateway, LB, security policies) Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix PowerShell scripting Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Citrix certifications: CCA-V or higher Key Responsibilities Design and implementation of Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, ADC/NetScaler) Administer and configure Xen Desktop Environment, Citrix ADC/NetScaler (Gateway, Load Balancing, SSL). Responsible for maintenance scheduling, life cycle management, and capacity management for the Citrix/Cloud environments and related dependent technologies. Provide L3 support for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (7.x). Troubleshoot issues related to Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, VDA, Citrix policies. Administer and configure Xen Desktop Environment, Citrix ADC/NetScaler (Gateway, Load Balancing, SSL). Responsible for maintenance scheduling, life cycle management, and capacity management for the Citrix/Cloud environments and related dependent technologies. Coordinating with application team for the installation of application on Citrix Server. Lead major incidents, RCAs, change management, and platform upgrades. Automate routine tasks using PowerShell.
