IT roles across multiple technologies . Maintain strong

submittal-to-interview-to-placement

ratios. Meet recruitment

SLA timelines

as agreed with business stakeholders. Participate in daily team huddles and update on progress, strategies, and hiring funnels.

What We Are Looking For Experience in

US calling (BPO/KPO)

is preferred — freshers are welcome if communication skills are strong. Excellent command over English—spoken and written. A go‑getter attitude, strong confidence, and a presentable personality. Willingness to learn IT terminologies and technologies. Comfortable working in
