Position: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Location: Noida, Gaur City

Salary: Upto 10 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Supply) to lead seller acquisition efforts. The role involves engaging with house sellers via inbound company leads and Channel Partner (CP) references, conducting meetings, and driving closures for seller onboarding.
Key Responsibilities :
● Connect with house sellers through inbound leads and Channel Partner (CP) leads via
calls and in-person meetings.
● Own the end-to-end seller acquisition lifecycle, from first contact to closure.
● Drive closures for seller onboarding and ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and Channel Partners.
● Lead by example as a Team Lead and support junior team members, if applicable.
● Ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting of pipeline and closures.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover
post-closure.
Required Skills & Competencies :
● Strong experience in real estate / property supply acquisition or related domains.
● Proven track record in seller acquisition and closures.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
● Comfortable with field meetings and target-driven environments.
● Prior experience working with Channel Partners is highly preferred.
● Leadership exposure or Team Lead experience is an added advantage.
