Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds Manage client requirements and close positions within timelines Maintain ATS / recruitment trackers Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements Support bulk hiring when needed
