General
Summary:
Develops, defines,
and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets,
resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program
from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and
external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as
needed. Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement
of program milestones. Represents the program and drives alignment
across
stakeholders.
Minimum
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+
years of Program Management or related work
experience.
Position
Requirements:
- Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in SOC Design Verification and project
management.
- Responsibilities:
- Track
multiple SOC DV project milestones, risks, and mitigation
strategies.
- Monitor
weekly progress towards
milestones.
- Develop,
define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets,
resources, deliverables, and
risks.
- Interface
with internal and external stakeholders across functions on
technical matters as
needed.
- Monitor
budget/spending, ensure on-time delivery, and achieve program
milestones.
- Represent
the program and drive alignment across
stakeholders.

Role
Responsibilities:

Principal
Duties:
- Support
the establishment of program goals and track program milestones
with the
team.
- Manage
and take responsibility for multiple aspects of small
programs/technology with minimal complexity by applying up-to-date
program management knowledge to meet
deadlines.
- Build
and manage the execution of the Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on
budget, within scope) for small and minimally complex programs or
under the direction of
others.
- Track
all key metrics pertaining to a small program and escalate when
metrics deviate significantly from the Plan of
Record.
- Support
the management and mitigation of identified program risks by
following the risk and mitigation plans. Maintain and update the
risk
tracker.
- Support
team objectives by completing all assigned tasks in a timely
manner.
- Ensure
compliance with processes by following best practices and
procedures.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's
degree in Engineering, Electronics / Communication or a related
field
