The Opportunity
We are hiring a
Head of Data & Analytics
to own and evolve the company’s entire data infrastructure.
You will assess the systems we have today, identify where we can improve, and lead the development of the next generation of reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines.
You will also build and lead a team of data analysts aligned with our major departments to ensure consistency in reporting and eliminate duplicate work across the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building systems, solving complex data problems, and helping teams operate with greater clarity. If you’re not able to lead AND dive in and get work done, don’t bother applying.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Data Infrastructure Leadership
Evaluate and improve the company’s current data architecture
Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across all data sources
Ensure reliable and consistent data across all dashboards and reporting systems
Build infrastructure capable of near real-time KPI visibility for leadership
Executive Data Systems
Create dashboards that allow executives to access critical business metrics from any device
Enable drill-down capabilities across departments including marketing, operations, finance, and customer experience
Standardize definitions and formulas for core company KPIs
Data Quality & Accuracy
Establish processes that ensure
99%+ data accuracy
Build reconciliation and validation systems across data sources
Implement QA frameworks to detect anomalies and reporting errors
Team Leadership
Hire and lead a team of data analysts aligned to each department
Mentor analysts to expand their technical and analytical capabilities
Ensure reporting standards are consistent across teams
Eliminate redundant reporting work across departments
Strategic Focus Areas
You will play a key role in analyzing and improving:
Customer acquisition and funnel performance
ROAS, CPA, LTV and retention
Revenue performance across sales channels
Inventory and fulfillment trends
Marketing attribution and paid media performance
Operational efficiency and cost drivers
You will also build systems that automate recurring reporting so insights remain fresh without manual effort.
AI & Automation
We strongly believe the future of data infrastructure will be built with AI.
The Head of Data & Analytics is expected to actively leverage:
AI tools
LLM models
workflow automation tools
to accelerate dashboard development, pipeline creation, and analysis workflows.
Curiosity and experimentation with emerging tools is essential.
Technical Skills
We are looking for strong hands-on experience with:
Programming & Data
Python or R
Advanced SQL
Data extraction, transformation, and validation
Data Infrastructure
ETL/ELT tools (Airbyte, dbt, or similar)
Data warehouses such as BigQuery or Panoply
Building APIs, connectors, and data integrations
Building scrapers where needed
Business Intelligence
Power BI (preferred) or Tableau / Looker Studio
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets

Experience Requirements
Previous
ecommerce experience is required
Experience in a company doing
high seven-figures in annual revenue or more is required
Experience in a company that has grown rapidly is required.
Proven experience building or managing data infrastructure
Experience leading or mentoring data analysts
Strong attention to data accuracy and validation
Ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
Work Structure
6 days per week
Approximately 10 hours per day
Fully remote
You will work closely with company leadership including the
CEO and COO .
We also hold
quarterly leadership off-sites around the world
where we gather to plan the next phase of growth.
