Lead Engineer – Backend Architecture What You'll Do • Design and scale

distributed microservices architectures

for financial systems • Lead and mentor a

small team of 2–3 engineers

through hands-on coding and rigorous PR reviews • Translate complex

financial and regulatory requirements

into robust technical solutions • Build

secure, high-throughput backend services

with strong focus on performance and maintainability Tech Stack Cloud:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Docker Backend:

Java (modern features like Virtual Threads & Records) Frameworks:

Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security Databases:

MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL Security:

Cryptography, service-level encryption, secure transaction design What We’re Looking For Strong experience architecting

cloud-native microservices on GCP Deep expertise in

Java and Spring ecosystem Experience building

secure, compliant financial systems Ability to
