Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Contract Duration: Short Term

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with strong expertise in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Employee Central (EC). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, integrations, and support activities — ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and align solutions with business goals. Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC modules for efficient data flow and process consistency. Design and configure onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules tailored to client needs. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC. Conduct client workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions. Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, applying best practices and innovations. Work collaboratively with HR, IT, and vendor teams in global project environments.

Requirements

Experience:

5–8 years in SAP SuccessFactors; minimum 3 years in Onboarding 2.0. Expertise:

Proven hands-on experience in RCM and EC with full-cycle implementation success. Certifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 (mandatory); RCM or EC certifications are a plus. Methodologies:

Experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery frameworks. Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRIS, IT, or related field. Global Exposure:

Experience in multi-country rollouts and global implementations. Soft Skills:

Strong communication, client management, and leadership abilities.
