Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing & screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals • Understanding client requirements • Scheduling interviews & follow-ups • Maintaining candidate database & reports

Requirements: •

Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory) • Willing to work Night Shift • Basic MS Office knowledge
