Future Dreams Immigration Consultants, a trusted RCIC-regulated Canadian immigration firm, is expanding its Mohali office. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in Canadian immigration case processing, as well as Senior Admission Controllers or Admission Counselors who are ready to transition into structured file management and compliance-based casework.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will assist in managing Canadian immigration applications and supporting RCIC professionals in preparing accurate and compliant submissions to IRCC.

This position focuses heavily on documentation accuracy, digital file management, and case coordination.

Key Responsibilities • Assist with preparation of Visitor Visa, Work Permit, PGWP, PR, PNP, Super Visa and related applications • Review client documents for accuracy and completeness • Draft immigration forms and supporting letters under supervision • Maintain organized digital case files and internal records • Communicate document requirements and updates clearly to clients • Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions

Eligibility & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field • 1–2 years of immigration or admission experience preferred • Senior Admission Controllers and Admission Counselors are encouraged to apply if willing to learn structured casework • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Comfortable working with digital tools and online portals • Ability to work independently and within a team
