Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Domestic & International markets - to support our growing operations in a high-touch, operationally intensive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people strategy execution.
This role demands an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident presenting to large groups, and has a deep understanding of workforce productivity, right staffing, and operational alignment. The role requires working in
Geographical shift hours (extended hours)
and being
open to travel
for on-ground support and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, especially those managing acquired or tenured properties.
Drive people strategy aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on
staffing efficiency ,
productivity metrics , and
employee engagement .
Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand workforce needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
Implement and monitor KPIs across staffing, attrition, and performance to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
Act as a cultural ambassador across acquired assets and teams, supporting leadership transitions and team integrations.
Present confidently in large forums, town halls, and leadership meetings—bringing both presence and influence.
Lead HR initiatives in areas such as talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and performance enablement.
Bring a practical, business-first approach to resolving HR challenges on the ground.
Provide coaching and advisory support to line managers and leaders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive change management in a scalable and sustainable way.
Candidate Profile:
3–4 years
of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on business partnering in
operationally intensive
environments.
Experience in
Startups / Hotel / hospitality, QSR/retail chains, logistics/delivery , or
commercial real estate
industries is highly preferred but not a must
Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with frontline operations and property-level leaders.
Strong data orientation and experience managing workforce productivity and staffing models.
Comfortable in high-visibility roles; confident communicator with
executive presence .
Proven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change in a rapidly evolving business.
Willingness to work in (extended hours)
and
travel as required .
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Exposure to international HR practices, UK, US, Europe, SEAME, Australia is highly preferred but not a must
Experience in fast-scaling businesses with acquired assets or multi-location operations
