We’re looking for a

Creative Brand Strategist

to drive growth across our Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has scaled social channels like IG & YT from 0 → 10K/50K/100K+, is hands-on with scripting, and knows how to manage content production end-to-end. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, growth, and program management, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do: Content Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute strategies to scale YouTube and Instagram organically. Content Creation : Script engaging video/podcast content and repurpose across formats. Production Management : Manage editors and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality output. Podcast Support : Contribute to podcast scripting, hosting support, and repurposing. Optimization : Use analytics, AI tools, and social media algorithms to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For: Proven success scaling

YouTube & Instagram channels

with measurable growth. Strong

scripting and storytelling

skills. Experience in

podcast production

(scripting, hosting support, repurposing) is highly desirable. Ability to manage production workflows and creative teams. Familiarity with

AI tools, social media algorithms, and organic growth strategies . Excellent

program/project management

and cross-functional collaboration skills.
