Are you passionate about driving Enterprise Automation and building impactful RPA solutions? We’re looking for an experienced RPA Business Analyst to join one of our reputed clients growing Automation team in Hyderabad.

The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Automation Business Analyst, you will:

- Review business processes end-to-end and identify RPA opportunities - Lead feasibility analysis and automation requirement documentation - Prepare PDD (Process Definition Documents) & BRD (Business Requirement Documents) - Partner closely with RPA Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Business Stakeholders - Drive solution alignment and ensure successful automation implementations - Build long-term relationships with business and technology partners

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine process excellence, analytical thinking, and automation expertise to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Process Analysis & Documentation

- Conduct detailed process reviews and recommend automation solutions - Perform feasibility analysis and process optimization - Develop high-quality PDDs and BRDs

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams - Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers - Facilitate workshops and UAT sessions

Solution Design & QA Support

- Work with Solution Architects and UiPath developers - Create test scenarios and validate automation outputs - Ensure compliance with enterprise non-functional requirements

Continuous Improvement

- Identify reusable automation components - Support advanced capabilities like Document Understanding, Communication Mining, OCR/IDP, NLP, and AI/ML integrations

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field - 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience (Insurance / Financial Services / Technology preferred) - 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath - 1–3 years of Application Development or QA experience - Strong experience in process analysis & RPA implementation - Experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus - Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, NLP, Agentic AI is highly desirable - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones preferred
