About the Role

We are seeking a

high ownership Full Stack Engineer

to join the next chapter of OrbitX’s innovation journey. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in

DeFi, Web3 technologies, and smart contract development , coupled with strong accountability in scaling fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using

Node.js/Express/NestJS or Python (FastAPI/Django)

on the backend and

React/Next.js

on the frontend. Build, integrate, and optimize

RESTful APIs , ensuring high performance, clean architecture, and secure data handling. Work with relational and non-relational databases ( PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB ) including schema design, query optimization, and data modelling. Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using

JWT, OAuth , and industry-standard API security practices. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features and enhancements. Maintain high code quality through

Git-based version control , code reviews, testing, and best engineering practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both frontend and backend components across the tech stack. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, architecture decisions, and overall system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 - 5 years experience in

Full Stack Development . Strong backend expertise in

Node.js / Express / NestJS

or Python (FastAPI/Django). Experience building and consuming

REST APIs . Good understanding of databases:

PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL . Frontend experience with

React / Next.js . Experience with Git Understanding of authentication, JWT, OAuth, and secure API practices.
