Qualification: 2- 4 years of design/video experience (internships/freelance count!) AI tools enthusiast — Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, we love ‘em all Strong portfolio (Google Drive, Insta, Behance – show us your magic) Knowledge of design Tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite. Video skills are mandatory (Canva Video, After Effects, Premier Pro, or any similar) Should be able to use AI tools for video making - Midjourney, RunwayML, Google Flow, etc.

Responsibilities: Cook up scroll-stopping creatives & videos for YouTube, Insta, Blogs… Bring boring brochures to life and help our decks sparkle like Lady Gaga at Coachella. Work on digital campaigns, event branding, product explainers, websites; across India, UAE, and USA. (Yes, your work will travel international) Work along with a super fun marketing squad who think strategy and memes at the same time - along with collaborating with Sales, Product & other teams. You turn vague ideas into full-blown campaigns (Got 1 and 2 from your manager? You’ll figure out 3, 4, 5.) You’re self-driven and can manage chaos like a pro (one day UAE, next day Bengaluru) - prioritising from timelines without having anyone to breathe down your neck. You pitch ideas like: “This works better as a meme.” or “Reel is better than Static for this one!”

Experience: 2 to 4 Years
