We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who is as comfortable translating a client's lifestyle aspirations into a spatial narrative as they are managing multiple projects to timeline and budget. This is a high-ownership role within Voxela Interiors — our turnkey luxury interiors vertical — where design excellence and client experience are non-negotiable.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality design solutions, incorporating furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selections that align with client needs and brand direction.

Lead concept development for residential luxury projects — from mood boarding and space planning through to furniture, material, and lighting specifications. Translate client briefs into cohesive design narratives rooted in 'quiet luxury' principles — layered, considered, timeless Develop and present detailed design proposals including 2D layouts, 3D visualisations, material boards, and FFE schedules. Maintain Voxela's design standards across all touchpoints — ensuring every detail reflects the brand's positioning. Own the client relationship from first design consultation through handover, delivering a premium, concierge-level experience. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and aspirational outcomes. Coordinate with the in-house project management and procurement teams to ensure design intent is upheld on site. Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and custom millwork — balancing design quality with budget parameters. Conduct site visits during key stages to review execution quality and resolve design queries. Maintain accurate project documentation — BOQs, procurement trackers, revision logs, and handover packages

Qualifications Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings Hands-on experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specifications Excellent project management and team coordination skills.

Experience working on high-value turnkey projects with direct client exposure Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; 3ds Max or Lumion is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
