Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
Onboarding & Training
Organize orientation programs for new hires.
Support employee development through training initiatives.
Employee Relations
Address grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Oversee salary processing and benefits distribution.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Skills & Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRMP) are a plus.
Core Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of HR software and labour regulations.
Experience : 2–5 years in HR roles preferred.
